Free fax cover sheet form

The rest of the template is simple. You have your company info on the left, and the recipient’s company info on the right. The two addresses are arranged on the same level and directly below the main heading.
Don’t forget to include your own fax number with company info so recipient can reply by fax without having to look up your number. You will want to include the date when you sending the fax, and the number of pages.
Fax cover design
The design of this template is very formal and simple. This will work very well for large companies who want to keep formal style of communication. Since the design is simple, it is naturally very easy to make modifications and to adjust the template to fit your corporate style.
The color theme is black and white so any fax machine will be able to display your document in a readable form. If you decide to add some color to your template keep in mind that most office fax machine will only print black and white.
Using the template
