Fax sheet cover: blue gradient theme
This is a basic fax sheet cover with a professional blue background design that can be used for any fax job. It includes sender and recipient information fields in the table at the top of the page.
The blue gradient fax sheet cover is a basic blue background fax used for general purposes in both the professional and the personal world. The basic fields to be filled in the template are on the top right hand side of the template for the sender’s details. They are the sender (From), sender’s fax number, sender’s telephone number and date sent. There are fields for the receiver to be filled by the sender of course, on the top left hand side, namely the receiver, the receiver’s fax number, the receiver’s telephone number and subject of the fax (Re). It also includes field to be ticked explaining that it is urgent, for review and requesting a reply or a combination of any two or all three.
The template is simple enough and self-explanatory for any individual to fill as the fields are not complicated and are visible to read and write on. The spacing is generous for all fields with the exception of the subject. If most subjects are made of five words, they should fit comfortably. Any more letters than that one runs out of space in the first line though this can be rectified automatically if MS Word allows the field to expand downwards as you continue typing. The light blue color gives a professional look and warmth in using it and it does not replicate in the receiver’s copy as a black background.
To use the template one simply files in the six fields with the sender’s and receiver’s details, date and subject and then tick either one field of urgent, for review and requesting a reply or a combination of an two or all three depending on your need(s). If you tick urgent, the receiver can know swift action needs to be taken, if you tick for review the receiver will know that they need to evaluate the information sent, if it is ticked please reply, then the receiver knows that a response is expected. In addition, you can tick a combination of any two or all three to quickly pass whatever information is needed. This is a time saving tool. The subject enables the sender to communicate what his/her message is as a title. The check boxes allow for the receiver at a glance to know the importance, purpose, or urgency of the fax at a glance without necessarily reading the fax itself.
Blank sheet below the table is space where information from the sender is to be printed for the receiver of the fax. There is plenty of space and can work as a first page, if page one is sufficient with the consequent pages lacking the table but only information that is being sent by the receiver that is not in the template.
In summary, this is a simple fax sheet cover that can be used to summarize what its purpose is at the top and conveying action that needs to be taken.
